Hi,
I'm translating the preamble of an Order from Catalan to English, and the sentence is 'El títol I regula els establiments d’allotjament turístic, i conté dos capítols.'
Does anyone have any possible translations for 'títol'?
Thanks.

It initially seemed odd to me, but the correct term in this context is Title.

Enactment; (BrE: Statutory) Instrument
Note that instrument is used in the Bye-Law - and not negotiable (commercial) instrument - sense as in the web ref.
If Catalan follows Castilian, or vice versa, the word could also denote a court judgment.
