Hola!
Estas siglas aparecen en el formato del acta judicial donde se establece que la sentencia provisional se convierte en firme porque la madre no ha objetado nada y la custodia pasa a tenerla el padre.
Arriba, en el encabezado, junto con la fecha, el título y número del caso, aparece SCHEDULE ACTIVITY: POFCC (que tampoco sé qué significan estas siglas) y luego pone (con un cuadrito para marcar): Mediation terminated; Appoint GAL /FCW (Copy of minutes to clerck)
Y no tengo ni idea si se trata de algún tipo de seguimiento, persona de supervisión, ni idea... :S
Y me gustaría traducir algo y no dejarlo en inglés tal cual.
