The answer received through your above referenced demonstrates that you disregarded the audits reports we previously issued about the capability of selected Company to perform laboratory tests within the frame of XXXX Project and in particular the area of concerns highlighted in these reports, but also our recommendation to initiate the monotonic DSS tests at RDI XXX performing with our assistance a close and detailed monitoring of the results.
We also remind that you informed us on __/09/2017 by letter ref. n. xxxx that “RDI XXX” does not assume to carry out soil laboratory tests for all the parameters specified in the Scope of Work and to consider the involvement of the following companies: “XXXXX” and "XXXXX".

Может быть есть специальный термин вместо "не циклическое" (испытание) в отличие от испытания с циклической нагрузкой. Его должны знать коллеги - специалисты по мех. испытаниям. Я, увы, не знаю.
