tratamiento efectivo

Usar tratamiento afirmativo tiende a perderse .....

Tratamiento agresivo

I put this as a suggestion but I hope someone will think of something better. I believe the English to refer to the idea of treatment either before endotoxin exposure has occurred (prophylaxis) or the active treatment after exposure has taken place (affirmative treatment). I suggest a possible answer though I'm afraid I don't think it to be necessarily the best. The trouble is that I can't think of anything better and I fear the other suggestions don't get this idea across either.
I hope others might read this and be able to give you a more appropriate answer.
Good luck
