Albanian term

kontribut (in this context)

Albanian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Could "kontribut" be the same as "inheritance"?

And do you agree with me that the word "është" after "kontributi" should not be there?

Pas kësaj dhuratdhënësja deklaron që paluajtshmeria lëndore respektivisht tërë pjesa që posedojë përkatësisht e cila është objekt dhurimi, deklaron se e tëra ka qenë pjesë e kontributi është të bashkëshortit tim të ndjerë ...

more sorry I should not post the name of the deceased, of course. Shame on me. No way to delete it now, right?
larserik (asker) Dec 8, 2020:
Sorry The context I posted is an exact copy from the document, no added typos. As a whole, the document is a bit sloppy, language-wise. Evidently made from a form, and not always adapted to the actual circumstances. In some places "notari/ja", in other places "notarja", which is correct. In some places "dhuratdhënësja" with spelling variants and a verb in plural, or "dhuratdhënësit" with a verb in singular. So, the word "është" after "kontributi[t]" might well be another mistake.

The sentence after the one I already posted goes like this:
Dhuratëdhënësja deklaron se këtë dhuratë e bën në shenjë të pjesës së trashegimisë dhe legut sipas deklarimit të bashkëshortit të saj të ndjerë X, respektivisht dhurimin e tërë pjesës së sajë tek fëmijët dhe se të njejtën e konsideron si pasuri sipas legut verbal të bashkëshortit të saj tek fëmijet.

What is given by this contract is a plot of land. So "kontributi" seems (to me) to be referring to this plot of land.

There are a few spelling mistakes which hamper understanding. Can you provide the whole sentence, without mistakes?
Like this, I would understand that:
1. the late husband donated some contributions (titles of ownership) to his wife
2. the late husband had a contribution into something (which is missing).

contribution

If she meant "inheritance", she would have said so.

The context is pretty limited, but it could be that she and her late husband worked together (contributed) to purchasing the immovable property that is the object of the contract.
Maybe they bought it together and it belongs to them rather than having received that property as a donation.

Let's see what our peers will say though. I am curious to read their suggestions.
