Arabic term
rana macheyine hata tenahaw gaâ

Algeria
Hi everyone,
I am translating a French text about Algeria's Hirak protests. In the text, the author has used the AR-FR transliteration system to transliterate some Arabic chants used by protesters.
I would like to see this phrase written in the Arabic alphabet so then I can correctly transliterate it for the target text using the AR-EN system.
Since I am more familiar with Levantine Arabic than Algerian Arabic, I was hoping that someone here would be able to write it out in Arabic for me.
ST: Les marcheurs scandent fort « Rana macheyine hata tenahaw gaâ » (nous marcherons jusqu’à ce que vous partiez tous).
My rough translation (French transliteration left in for now): The marchers were loudly chanting Arabic phrases such as “rana macheyine hata tenahaw gaâ” (we’ll keep marching until you leave).
Many thanks!
Anam

We will carry on until you step aside
سنستمر حتی تتنحوا جانبا

gaâ means all of you. Marching is a literal translation.
سنستمر حتی تتنحوا جانبا is very expressive. It is not important to add "all of you" because the purpose of strikes is calling for social changes. سنستمر refers to continuing a strike; it doesn't mean "marching". Marching means the act of walking in a strike

Note from asker:
Thanks for the Fusha explanation. Are you suggesting that "gaâ" refers to the Fusha word جانبا? |
