This document describes the list of operation for the installation of new 1st bed bulkheads of horizontal methanol converter.

LIST OF OPERATION
1) Check the air pollution and perform oxygen and hydrocarbon analysis of the air inside the converter.
2) Mark the position where the new pockets will be welded.
3) Install, tack weld and weld the new pockets. Dye penetrant test is required.
4) Install the 1st bulkhead panel Pos. 1, check the verticality and fix it using wooden sleepers and wedges.
5) Introduce and install the 2nd panels Pos. 2, bolt it to the adjacent panels Pos. 1 using screws, then fix it using wooden sleepers and wedges.
6) Repeat the above mentioned operation 5 for the remaining panels Pos. 2 and 1A.
