Albanian term

pjesa takuese

Albanian to English Law/Patents Law (general) prokurë
Another confusing part in the sentence I posted earlier today:

There should be a person mentioned here, on the receiving end. According to the context, I suppose it is the mother, but why not write what you mean, my dear Noter?

Also, I am rather sure that the part in question is not a part of the deceased father but a part of his belongings.

larserik (asker) Feb 26, 2023:
my mistake Came to think of my last sentence, it was not good. The mother probably already owned half of the couples belongings, so she is not waiting for a part of his belongings but for the father's share of common property.

Which means, I suppose, that "pjesa takuese" refers to the father's share of common property, not literally the property that the mother claims, though it will be the same thing at the end of the day. But reading it this way, "father's share", makes the language better than I first thought.
