: Apologies, phil, on second thoughts I believe "convertible" would not be easily understood by an English-speaking audience if applied to "accessibility levels". I fear a different terminology is required here.

We don't have the Spanish context, so we don't know whether it would be easily understood.

However, I am unsure as to whether both situations (Spain and USA) are comparable in this respect.
