Memorial Order Creation Process
All bank accounting transactions that do not contain information about general ledger account offsetting are to be supported by memo orders with multi-digit accounts on debit and credit sides.
The accounting transactions can be different from business transactions, for example, two business transactions can be stored in one memo order (merge) or several memo orders might be created from one accounting document (split). Each memo order has to have the reference to the original document. You can customize which business transactions are supported by memo orders.
A memorial order that was already created but not checked by responsible employees yet is subject to approval.

Memo Order
Many money orders, like personal checks, have a space on them that reads "Memo." This spot can be filled out by the person who holds the money order. The line that follows has no legal significance and will not affect how the order is processed by the company that issued the order. Instead, it is merely a space for the money order holder to make a note.
