Sorry, I know this is several days old. But since no one else caught it... "blat" is wheat. Corn is "blat de moro".

Literally, if they want to plunder and rob our corn crops.

I am not sure about the extension of maize or corn crops in Catalonia... around 1711, but that is the basic meaning.
