porubljivanje

This is obviously not standard Croatian. My colleague from Split suggested that it might be an alternative spelling of "imbazdavanje" (Dalmatian substandard- Split region) fastening by sewing (imbazdavati- to fasten loosely in order to make sewing easier).
(nota bene - columnists of local newspapers also love puns and word games - I might be able to tell you more if you were to send me the article in question.)

Following up on my colleague's suggestions, could this be some "localism" having something to do with "ing." titles.
