If "her" is correct and it's not a typo meaning "har" = have, that's the idea: because these feelings ("de her" means literally "these here", but that's not English...)
If it's a typo and the word is "har", the translation would be: because they have feelings.

I believe this is simply the conclusion of the sentence from the previous question. Read as one sentence in Danish it would be "[...] men jeg kan slet ikke gøre for de her følelser."
In English "[...] but I can't help these feelings at all."
