Land Base: Spatial overlay comprised of multiple layers of primitive spatial features that provide a locational reference to other spatial features in the spatial database. It also includes a framework of competent survey data that provides a precision control network.

This will ensure the integrity and unification of the Landbase layers across all Abu Dhabi entities.
