À priori, je dirais "La nature d'une participation dans la Société est mobilière à toutes fins" ou (un peu moins littéralement) "Une participation dans la Société est de nature mobilière à toutes fins".
Cette phrase se trouve dans la partie du contrat intitulée "Partnership Interest"
More context please to understand "shall be" whether it is "sera" or "devra".
