41. CALCULATION OF THE PREMIA: For measures 10 and 11, the section on amount for support should clearly state whether premia compensates for all or part of the income foregone and additional costs. If the premia compensate for a part of the calculation, it should be clear what part is to be paid to the beneficiary. This option is possible only if the partial compensation does not jeopardise the possible uptake of the operation by beneficiaries and the achievement of its objectives. A certification of the calculations of amounts of support by an independent body for all concerned operations, covering also ** double funding with greening **, must be attached to the RDP (Rural Development Programme).
