Sources JT = jour travaillé https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/conv_coll/id/KALITE
"Nombre de jours travaillés pris en compte pour la recherche de l’affiliation (art. 3) = 86 jt + 86 jt = 172 jt" http://tinyurl.com/5ffafpxz
@Mpoma Sure, context is a generally a good thing, but I'm afraid I don't agree we need any more here, it's pretty straightforward: there's a bonus, and it's based on/accorded per days worked - easy to check and tons of refs.

This is why ... ... it's rarely a mistake to provide more context than you think is relevant/sensible. These answers may be correct ... but the preceding and following lines are likely to give people with familiarity with French payslips some very helpful clues.
Jours Travaillés I know that JNT stands for "Jours Non Travaillés", so it seems likely that JT stands for "Jours Travaillés".
jours de travail? Not my field, but could it be "jours de travail"? Cf. https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/conv_coll/id/KALITEXT00004815...

Emboldened by the agreements in the discussion, I'm posting this: presumably the bonus is based on the days worked (how many days the person worked).
