Hey everyone.
Can anyone tell me what the phrase "premier relais ganglionnaire" refers to in this sentence? The sentence is below:
"le CTVN doit être étendu à l’aire au-dessus de la dernière aire atteinte et au-dessous du premier relais ganglionnaire envahi".
From what I can gather, it's talking about extending the CTVn to the lymph node station above the last (lower?) involved lymph node... but then I can't grasp the end of the sentence!
Any help on the term, and the preliminary above offered translation, would be great!
Thanks!
Aaron
