Sie bieten auch Volontäreinsätze für Schweizer Jugendliche in ihren Partnerländern an. (Der ganze Auftritt der Organisation wird überarbeitet, alte Website www.horyzon.ch)

for those not familiar with the prejudices in Switzerland, people in Berne are even dosier than other Swiss, hence the pun :-)
And it is less about the development of the Swiss youth, but more of what the Swiss youth can do to help others, if I understand horYzon correctly.

Übrigens, kennt hier jemand das Buch " Beyond Chocolate" von Margaret Oertig-Davidson? Untertitel: "understanding Swiss culture" - Nicht zu viel versprochen.
