Beschreibung
[0001] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug, ein System und ein Verfahren zum
Verschrauben von Schraubendruckfedern zu einer Schraubentellerfeder.
[0002] In der DE 476 852 A ist eine mit einer Nase versehene Klemme zum
Festhalten eines Federendes auf einem Dorn von Schraubenfederwickelmaschinen offenbart.
Die Nase ist an einem drehbaren Ring fixiert, der exzentrisch zum Dorn angeordnet ist.
Mittels dieser Anordnung soll bei Beginn der Drehbewegung des Dorns die Nase näher an den
Dorn herangerückt und ein ständig zunehmender Druck auf das eingeklemmte Federende durch die Nase ausgeübt werden, sodass nur ein kurzes, nicht über die Nase herausstehendes Stück der
Feder eingeklemmt zu werden braucht.
[0003] Aus der DE 898 143 geht eine Vorrichtung zum Winden von Federn
auf einem rotierenden Dorn hervor.
Gemäß dieser Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass an einem vorderen Teil eines Handgriffs eines
Werkzeugs eine Scheibe einstellbar gelagert und derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie an ihrem Umfang
von einem Minimum bis zu einem Maximum wechselnde Dicke aufweist.
Hierdurch kann die Vorrichtung an den rotierenden Dorn derart angelegt werden, dass die Dicke
der Scheibe an der Berührungsstelle am Dorn den gewünschten Abstand der Windungen der
herzustellenden Feder entspricht.
Die Scheibe ist dann an die letzte Windung des Drahtes auf dem Dorn anlegbar, sodass der Draht
genau im gewünschten Abstand von dieser auf den Dorn aufläuft.
[0004] In der DE 29 16 446 C2 ist ein Schraubenfedersatz offenbart.
Dieser Schraubenfedersatz umfasst zwei Schraubenfedern, die aus einem Federband hochkant zur
Federachse gewickelt sind, wobei eine längere Querschnittseite des Federbandes einen Winkel
kleiner 90 ° zur Federachse aufweist.
Diese beiden Schraubenfedern sind mit gegeneinander gerichteter Schrägstellung der Querschnitte
ineinander geschraubt.
[0005] Aus der DE 41 00 842 C1 geht eine Schraubenfeder hervor.
Diese Schraubenfeder umfasst wenigstens ein an einem Ende des Federkörpers angebrachtes
Tragelement.
Das Tragelement und der Federkörper sind einstöckig ausgebildet, wobei der Federkörper durch
Herauslösen von Werkstoff zwischen den Windungen hergestellt wird.
[0006] Aus der US 26 49 130 A geht eine Vorrichtung zum Wickeln von
Schraubenfedern hervor.
Diese Vorrichtung weist eine Antriebsspindel auf, in der ein Dorn angeordnet ist.
Über eine Führungsanordnung wird ein Draht auf dem Dorn aufgebracht, wobei dieser Draht durch
die Drehbewegung der Antriebsspindel zu einer Schraubenfeder auf den Dorn aufgewickelt wird.
[0007] In der EP 2 223 752 A1 ist ein Werkzeugbausatz zum Ausbilden von an einer Biegemaschine einsetzbaren Biegewerkzeugen zum Biegen oder Wickeln strangförmiger Werkstücke beschrieben.
Ein einzelnes Biegewerkzeug des Werkzeugbausatzes umfasst eine zylindrische
Werkzeugaufnahme, auf deren Stirnseite ein Dornelement angeordnet ist.
An der Stirnseite des Dornelements ist ein Biegedorn ausgebildet.
Weiterhin ist am Biegewerkzeug ein Biegeelement mit einer Formbacke vorgesehen, das eine
Formnut zum Andrücken eines strangförmigen Werkstückes beim Biegen gegen den Biegedorn aufweist.
Die Formnuten unterschiedlicher Formbacken sind für unterschiedliche Werkstückquerschnitte
ausgelegt.
[0008] Aus der US 4 253 350 A geht eine Vorrichtung zum Vorspannen von
Garagentorfedern hervor.
Gemäß dieser Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, eine Feder auf einem zylindrischen, dornartigen Körper
anzuordnen und ein Ende der Feder mit einer entsprechenden, mit dem Dorn verbundenen
Aufnahme ortsfest zu fixieren.
Das andere freie Ende der Feder ist mit einem Ratschenmechanismus der Vorrichtung verbunden.
Durch Betätigen des Ratschenmechanismus kann die Feder entsprechend vorgespannt und in
einen entsprechenden Mechanismus eines Garagentores eingesetzt werden.
[0009] Die industrielle Produktion und die Anwendung von Tellerfedern ist mit
zahlreichen Nachteilen verbunden.
Bei der Produktion sind hierbei der hohe Material- und Arbeitsaufwand zu nennen.
In der Anwendung weisen Tellerfedern den Nachteil auf, dass Montage und Wartung aufgrund der vielen Einzelteller zeitintensiv sind.
Zudem begünstigt der ungünstige Faserverlauf des Werkstoffes das Auftreten von Brüchen.
[0010] Um diese Nachteile zu vermeiden, wurden gewickelte Schraubentellerfedern
entwickelt.
Diese können in vielen Fällen gegensinnig geschichtete Tellerfedersäulen ersetzen.
[0011] Die Schraubentellerfeder ist ein einteiliges Federelement, das aus zwei gleichen,
ineinander geschraubten Schraubendruckfedern besteht, von denen jede aus Bandstahl mit Tellerfeder ähnlichem Querschnitt hochkant und schräg zur Mittelachse gewickelt wird.
