1. 本契約において秘密情報とは、本目的のために甲または乙が相手方から開示を受ける技術上、業務上または営業上の情報であって次の各号の一に該当するものをいう。
(1)秘密である旨が明示された技術資料、図面、試作品、その他の書類等(開示の際の媒体を問わない)により開示される情報。
(2)秘密である旨を告知したうえで口頭にて開示される情報であって、かかる口頭の開示後30日以内に当該情報の内容が秘密である旨を明示した書面または通信画面等により相手方に対して提示されたもの。
(3)本目的遂行の過程を通じて知得する相手方の経営上または事業上の情報。
Translation - English Article 2. Confidential Information
1. "Confidential Information," as used in this Agreement, means any information of a technical, operational or managerial nature that is disclosed to either Licensor or Licensee for the purpose of the Objective and is:
(1) disclosed in the form of technical materials, diagrams, prototypes, or other documentation (regardless of its medium at the time of disclosure) which is clearly marked as confidential; or
(2) disclosed verbally following notice of its confidentiality, and followed by clear denotation of the confidentiality of the contents of such information in writing or by written telecommunication to the other party within thirty (30) days of such verbal disclosure; or
(3) managerial or business information of the other party which becomes known in the course of the performance of the Objective.

Translation - English § 578. If the partnership company to be incorporated is a limited liability company, the prospective partners of the limited liability company must pay the full amount in cash of their respective investments, or deliver the full amount of non-cash assets of their respective investments, following preparation of the articles of incorporation but before registration of the incorporation of the company; provided, however, that this shall not preclude the conducting, after the formation of the company, of any registration, recording or other act that is necessary in order to assert the establishment or transfer of rights against a third party, in the event that all prospective partners of the limited liability company have given their consent thereto.

Translation - English (Purpose of this Act)
Article 1. The purpose of this Act shall be to designate methods for ensuring the safety of aircraft flight and the prevention of harm caused by aircraft flight, to ensure the safety of transportation by ensuring the proper and reasonable operation of enterprises engaged in the operation of aircraft, and to ensure the progress of aviation by the enhancement of convenience for its users, thereby enhancing the public welfare, in compliance with the standards, methods and procedures stipulated by the provisions of the Convention on International Civil Aviation and its ancillary agreements.
