: In spite of the examples you cite, I would wary of using this option; it could be awkward to avoid making it sound like "offerings" as "ofrendas".

La expresión de "propuestas" es muy del español, sin que necesariamente quiera decir "sugerencias o alternativas" y menos ahora que el sushi y el tempura son tan conocidos, sino más bien,o en este caso, "platillos, manjares, etc."
