Italian term

le quali debbono intendersi qui richiamate e trascritte ad ogni effetto

Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
From a leasing contract. The whole context is:

Sottoscrivendo il presente Contratto, il Conduttore aderisce a tutte le sue condizioni, ivi comprese quelle previste dagli Allegati, le quali debbono intendersi qui richiamate e trascritte ad ogni effetto.

Any suggestions much appreciated, thanks!

agree writeaway : the standard legalese expression (which I happen to be using at this moment for a German-English translation..... ;-) )

which must be understood as recalled (or reviewed) and transcribed to all effects

This is a very literal translation, as I prefer to be literal with legal stuff (so much is specific to the country that "looser" translations can often cause confusion). However, based on context, in other cirumstances, "highlighted" and "registered" would be alternatives.
In this case, however, it seems to refer to the attachments be included in the document as if they were specifically written out at that point of the contract.
