mileage
The odometer would display either miles or kilometers according to setup/country etc.
A bit more curious is the 000100 - which could be understood at mileage as of a certain date. Were it Jan 1st, 2000, that should be 010100.

Of course, it could also be understood as the mileage driven is 100 kolometers - i.e. a fairly new car - with a lot of leading zeros to suggest it was read directly off the odometer.

Interestingly, if you try the British English spelling of kilometreage, you add another 2250 Google hits to the 6950 for kilometerage, which is still 65.994 million short of approaching mileage as a standard term...

"Mileage" is a word often used to describe this, but mileage (as the word indicates) is measured in miles, not km, so "Mileage 000100" would be wrong. Calculating km into miles is not smart, because the figure should match with the figure on the speedometer. "Mileage: 000100 km" is a solution, although it's weird from a grammatical point of view. "Km driven" is the easiest solution (but "mileage" can also be used if you insist on using that word).

You may also consider the word "kilometerage" instead of mileage.

: 66 million hits for mileage vs 6950 for kilometerage suggests that the latter in no way looks like conquering the former any day soon - despite more and more nations going metric...
