Could the word "Declarations" be used at the end of an agreement just before the signatures of the parties to the agreement?
I would think something should be stated under the title "Declarations" before the parties involved sign the document, but in the context of my question there is nothing between "Declarations" and the parties' signatures.

there should be something
I think there should be something in the declarations. It is very important to have contracts and agreements to be as detailed as possible. If there is no declarations, why say "declarations"?

If you are doing a translation, I would ask the client to make sure that they did not forget to include a declarations paragraph. If that is the way they want it, then just translate it.
