Come dicevo, in realtà io non devo tradurre dall'olandese all'inglese ma dall'italiano all'inglese, ma l'italiano che ho è tradotto dall'olandese e in questo caso specifico è "voci in sospeso". I believe you said that you are translating from Italian to English but that your source text came from the Dutch and you are unsure of the meaning of the term you are asking about. I hope I have understood you correctly.
Translation on the fly of the quote I cited into English is:
If you do not know exactly the correct specification, then you should select the specification 'Vraagposten'. In this way, the VAT will be properly processed, so that SnelStart XD will make a correct VAT submission. The invoice is given a yellow flat so that you or your accountant can later select the correct specification.
If you can think of a better way of saying this than "unspecified post", please be my guest. Hope I have helped you on the way.

: asker is actually translating from Italian into English (!!) but the Italian was translated from the Dutch, which he doesn't know at all. apparently the Italian isn't great. seems it's all been/being done by source language natives

: same as kruisposten?/Well Keizer gives kruispost for suspense account. So it may be a good idea to show a ref showing that suspense account is actually the translation of vraagposten

Thank you. No, not at all the same as kruisposten :-) Keizer is wrong; kruisposten are balancing entries / clearing accounts, really. Not used for uncertainties.
