Securities
As security for the loan plus interest, costs and any present and future claims of the Loan Creditor, the Credit Receiver furnishes the securities listed below: all present and future assets and credit balances held at the Loan Creditor or in the name of the Loan Creditor but for the account of the Credit Receiver at third parties

Iata cum am tradus eu:
Drept garanție a împrumutului, plus dobânzile, costurile și orice pretenții prezente și viitoare ale Creditorului, Debitorul pune la dispozitie valorile mobiliare enumerate mai jos: toate bunurile prezente și viitoare și soldul creditor deschis la Creditor sau în numele Creditorului, dar pe contul Debitorului...
