Bạn xem link tham khảo. Theo mình có thể thêm cụm "hoàn toàn bằng Tiếng Anh" phía sau để được rõ nghĩa. Ví dụ: "học tập trung toàn thời gian hoàn toàn bằng Tiếng Anh"

Phương pháp “immersion” (trong tiếng Anh, “immersion” có nghĩa là sự đắm chìm, “ngâm” mình vào trong một môi trường nào đó) – trẻ được sống, được nói, được suy nghĩ bằng tiếng Anh. Phương pháp “immersion” buộc trẻ phải sử dụng tiếng Anh trong lớp để cô hiểu được ý mình bởi vì cô sẽ không dùng ngôn ngữ khác để nói chuyện với trẻ (nhiều khi “bí” quá, các bạn nhỏ có thể dùng ngôn ngữ cơ thể, biểu hiện nét mặt để trợ giúp, cũng là một điều hay).

Full immersion is a bit confusing/ jargonny. We say that when a student travels to an English to learn country -speaking country to learn English that they are "fully immersed" in the language. Not just all lessons and activities at school but also at home and around the city.

Căn cứ theo từ điển trên thì immersion có nghĩa là giai đoạn chỉ sử dụng ngôn ngữ đích để giao tiếp. Vậy phương án dịch có lẽ cần điều chỉnh.
