ATK-hankintaan liittyvässä tekstissä lukee,
"Terveydenhuollon asiakkuudessa asianosaisten ja asiaan osallisten määrittelyn [...] on oltava sujuvaa ammattilaiselle."
Miten "asianosainen" ja "asiaan osallinen" eroavat toisistaan tässä yhteydessä?
Onko kyse siitä, että "asianosainen" on juridisesti tarkempi käsite kuin "(asiaan) osallinen"?

While asianosainen is a judicial term, please see the first reference below (and also https://fi.linguee.com/suomi-englanti/käännös/asianomainen.h... asiaan osallinen apparently is not but is rather a semantically wider expression meaning 'party involved' (please see the second reference).
Thus, while a number of references consider party concerned and interested party more or less synonymous (see e.g. Merriam-Webster s.v. "concerned"), the two Finnish expressions are not - or at least they cannot be considered to be of equal (legal) standing.

Asianosainen is the party under whose name the investigation or similar is taking place, in court both the complainant and the defendant.
Asiaan osallinen are the related persons, for example witnesses. Party involved can also be used for this term, but in the context given I would prefer affected party instead.

Actually, given it a bit more thought, "related party" would be even more appropriate for asiaan osallinen in this context.

'Asianomainen' quite often refers to a certain (but often unidentified) person, like an offender: “Odotamme, että asianomainen oksentelija tulee siistimään jälkensä.” Whereas ‘asianosainen’ refers to party/person concerned: “Asianosaiset eivät päässeet yksimielisyyteen”. Quite often whichever of the terms can be used, but, quite often again, only one of them is suitable.
