The closed ended period of Sub-fund shall be twelve (12) years from the Final Closing date (the "Closed-ended Period"). The General Partner may elect to extend the Closed-ended Period by two 1-year periods by giving Shareholders prior notice of any proposai to extend the period (the "Extension Period"). The General Partner may also elect to shorten the Closed-ended Period.

: J'en doute énormément (on aurait alors lifetime of the sub-fund) et surtout de cette explication. Il faudrait en savoir un peu plus, genre qu'est-ce qui arrive à cette date? liquidation? conversion into an open-end fund?

: Cela traduirait "lifetime of the Sub-fund". Le compartiment n'émet pas d'actions, mais celles en circulation se négocient; donc, il est possible de "sortir" en tout temps. Est-ce que le fonds ouvre son capital après 12 ans? ou est dissout?
