In the same glossary, the term 'stop' is used in the sense of ترک. Another word used in that sense is 'cessation' in the following Wikipedia article.

I am not sure about 'rehabilitation', as it corresponds to توانبخشی or بازپروری. It is a "process of medical or psychotherapeutic treatment for dependency on psychoactive substances," which doesn't exactly correspond to the mean of ترک.
