Otoky dolních končetin byly asymetrické, na levé noze s typickým "dolíčkováním" (zde byla ... navíc tříštivá zlomenina nártu). Na pravé noze byl otok menší, bez "dolíčkování", spíše charakteru prosaku.

Pitting (dema)

Not 100% what they mean by dolickovani. Might be a pit that is left after a finger pressure is applied, or they mean existing pits without any trigger like in celulitis. My suggestion covers #1.
