Eu i-as spune poate "contract de exprimare a angajamentului".
Din ce am gasit eu, este vorba despre un acord prin care parintii/parintele se obliga sa indeplineasca anumite criterii in ceea ce priveste copilul lor, in relatia cu asistentul social. Cred ca este un termen propriu sistemului din UK (majoritatea referintelor pe care le-am gasit prin Google sunt .co.uk), nu am gasit ceva echivalent pentru Romania, deci ramane parafrazarea.
Sper sa ajute.

Din ce am gasit eu, este vorba despre un acord prin care parintii/parintele se obliga sa indeplineasca anumite criterii in ceea ce priveste copilul lor, in relatia cu asistentul social.
