Italian term

Vincolo n.

Italian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Budget allocation
This term appears in a technical specification for a tender and refers to the budget allocated to cover the costs of the services to be procured.

It appears in the following sentence:

"il servizio trova copertura contabile sul budget di XXXXX 20XX conto CA.EC.XX.XX.XX.XX.XX Vincolo n. XXX"

I'm not sure but I suspect that the usual translations for "vincolo" (constraint, obligation, restriction, etc.) don't apply here. Any help much appreciated thanks!
