Offboarding power is the power used for agricultural implements you attach to modern tractors that generates eletric power.
Only for eletric implements.
It is offboarding because it is out of the tractor, and there is also the onboard power, that you can use inside the tractor.

I believe you still should use offboarding in the text , use between parenthesis:

: this power take-off is the traditional one, where there is mechanical power doing the work. in her question the implement is activated by electrical energy. So it's electric power for implements that are electric.
