Atención al falso amigo inducción, que NO es el equivalente de induction aquí en su texto. Este último se traduciría por iniciación, integración, inserción, incorporación o periodo de formación en un nuevo lugar de trabajo, por ejemplo.
Se puede también prescindir de la sintaxis inglesa y expresar lo mismo por una paráfrasis como:
“A lo largo de las semanas de integración, trabaje con su superior para conocer mejor la empresa.”

: Estoy de acuerdo, creo que es mejor reformular la parte de "journey" y describirlo como "Durante las semanas de capacitación...". Existe el término "inducción laboral" pero es probablemente un calco.
