I disagree, sorry. "no embarque e desembarque de pessoal": the shuttle service probably involves boats, or even helicopters so (during these maneuvers) equipment, infrastructure, etc. are at risk. Correct? This is how I see this.

Security Property

: I don't know why it says 'patrimonial', but this is the only thing I can see that makes sense in the context. You don't need to say 'physical'.
