Kompi-Tage

German to English Bus/Financial Human Resources Working time recording guideline
Abwesenheitszeiten wie Urlaub, Kompi-Tage, Gleittage oder Sonderurlaub...

I would be grateful for any suggestions of what "Kompi-Tage" might mean. I thought it might be "compensation days" on the flexitime system, but that would be Gleittage, which is already in the sentence.

Kompensationstag = compensation day/time off in lieu

A compensation day, for working on a day off, is not the same as a flexiday (Gleittag) for accumulating extra hours.

I think "Kompi-" must be an abbreviation specific to the organization, as I haven't found any hits for it.
