I would be grateful for any suggestions of what "Kompi-Tage" might mean. I thought it might be "compensation days" on the flexitime system, but that would be Gleittage, which is already in the sentence.

I think "Kompi-" must be an abbreviation specific to the organization, as I haven't found any hits for it.
