accrued time off

Ugentlig arbejdstid med timeopsparing : weekly working hours *including* accrued time off.

Contrary to comments in the first ProZ - albeit Swedish - weblink, time need not be pinned down to a unit measured in hours.

Bailey DAN/ENG: opsparing > saving or accumulation, but English sources use 'accrual'.
Example sentence:

Accrued time off is time off an employee has earned but not yet used.

17 hrs

accumulated working hours

Hope this helps.
