Another potential source of misunderstanding of the ST if it's some kind of form is to have the labels describing the fields to be filled, without knowing what type of content can be used to fill each field.

Without knowing what exactly should be filled under "Поступљено по налогу" (Yes/No?, the date when it happened?, the number of cases where it happened? ...), too much guessing is needed.

"Статус и одлука предмета" would indicate that each "картица / record, entry" relates to only one case, but without knowing the "instructions for filling the form" it's all too easy to make a wrong guess.

Also, there is absolutely nothing wrong with "action taken", although "enforcement action taken" would also make sense.

Možda Order compliance, s obzirom da je u pitanju naziv kolone (ili reda), ako sam dobro shvatila, tako da bi "Action taken as per the order" bilo previše rogobatno. Tako je npr. "compliance with the request" - postupanje po zahtevu. Mada to zavisi i od sadržaja tabele, tj. date kolone/reda, gde bi možda bilo dovoljno i "Action taken" (s tim da je i ta action upitna:).
