Comment: "Thanks for your help. "المدني" is already in use in the text for "Civil Division", whereas the term above is used for a sub-section of the Civil Division . As often happens with Maghrebi law, I had to go to a French legal website (in this case the Paris Cour de Cassation) in order to find the French legal terms that had been translated into Arabic.
