however Explanation: Però: however, but. She gave away her possessions BUT the bracketed ones only under some conditions. Just a guess for aloera: can this word come from "àloe" the plant (same word in Catalan), so "aloera" would be "the aloe plant" then "the house of the aloe plants" ??? Couldn't help mentioning it, cheers :) |
