最好还是用telephone instead of phone as this is not colloquial language.
电话上的复用通常指多路复用或多工通信，既Multiplxing。其效果是发送和接受可以同时进行。Sinplex（单工）则只能一方讲话，另一方要等对方讲完后才能开始讲话。否则就听不到了。
