: Both are correct, "suomenkielinen laitos" is perhaps more official. I would like to add that this only applies to published material, i.e. books and articles. It doesn't apply for cars, computer games etc.

Yes, this is true. "Versio" (version) is another possible word in Finnish if "painos" or "laitos" does not work.
