他の方がおっしゃっているようにcはcontrast agentの略称なのでc+は造影剤ありの意味です。ここでは、脳MRIについて造影剤を使用したことを言ってるので造影脳MRIとなります。補足までですが、CTの場合もCT c+という使い方をして、造影CTのことを指します。
