Finnish Explanation: It appears to be Finnish. I found one translation in Eurodicautom: "(1) TERM pistekoko Reference PC-tietosanakirja (2) TERM keili Reference Graafinen sanakirja Definition the measurement or thickness from back to front of a type letter Reference Libr.gloss. (1) TERM body Reference Libr.gloss. So it appears to mean "body", though I'm not sure whether that fits your context.
