responsible custody Explanation: Polgári törvénykönyv: A felelős őrzés 196. § (1) Aki a dolgot más érdekében anélkül tartja magánál, hogy arra külön jogviszonynál fogva jogosult vagy köteles volna, a dolog őrizetéről a jogosult költségére és veszélyére mindaddig köteles gondoskodni, amíg az a dolgot át nem veszi (felelős őrzés). A felelős őrző a dolgot költségei megtérítéséig visszatarthatja. Ennek nem hivatalos, de széles körben használt fordítása: Responsible Custody Section 196 (1) A person who keeps a thing in the interest of another person without being entitled or obliged thereto by a special legal relationship shall provide for the safekeeping of the thing at the cost and risk of the entitled party until such party takes over the thing from him (responsible custody). A responsible custodian may retain the thing until his expenses are reimbursed. (Hivatalos fordítás nem jelent meg.) |

35 ves fordti tapasztalatom |
