This is like retailers requesting factories to produce large amounts of private label products and therefore making the factories de-facto part of the company.
I was thinking of using "close collaboration" or "incorporation" but they may sound off a bit.

I think it's more along the lines of "The burdens (or responsibilities) that arise for retailers in contracting factories for manufacture". 抱えこむ has a strong sense of shouldering responsibilities etc.
