"Light trim" or a "baffle trim"


Explanation:
They are talking about mock-ups of a case and performing a breaking strength/fracture strength test on prototypes, essentially. In this case, ハイコウワク could be 配光枠 which is the frame that goes around a light to help with the distribution, literally "light distribution frame"

Enter the "baffle", "light baffle," or "baffle trim," or "light trim", a ring that sits around a light and is a part of the fixture, reducing glare, softening light, and diffusing it!

Manufacturing isn't my specialty, but research is, so if this KudoZ question comes from a lighting company of some sort, this should be the correct translation.
