Portuguese term or phrase: contraente
Talvez first and second party?

disagree  Bett: that is the label for the field in a certificate, so you have spouse 1: name name name, spouse2: name name name.

agree  Mary Palmer: I would say "marriage certificate".

husband and husband/party one and party two

Explanation:

Notes to answerer
Asker: Concordo com você, preferi usar termos mais neutros, (the first party, the second party).

prospective marriage partner

Explanation:
if numbered as in a UK contract, though makes it even longer: 'of the one part' and 'of the other part' vs. AmE: 'of the first part' & 'of the second part' (in BrE, the latter might imply a polygamous marriage with more numbered parties, continuing with a third and a fourth part....

Example sentence(s):
  • OZ & NZ: You must be sponsored by your prospective spouse (note that certain individuals are prohibited from being approved as a sponsor)
  • USA: For instance, last week I eschewed “partner” for the first time in referring to Jim when I introduced him at party in our small North Carolina town: “This is my husband ….”

Explanation:
If you wanted to stay neutral, just say party. You don't have to say party one and party two unless it appears that way in the original as contraente e contraente dois.
